EDUCATIONAL SCUBA PROGRAMS Dive Professionals can create and run a scuba program specifically tailored
for High Schools and University Recreational Departments. Combining
instruction, regular local and tropical diving opportunities with community
building events including talks, slide shows and social gatherings
guarantees that the Dive Professional program not only trains students but
will also make them into regular and active divers. The Dive Professionals
program offers classes for existing divers such as Rescue Diver and Dive
Master to encourage divers to take an active role within the scuba program.
Independent and public schools and colleges can partner with Dive
Professionals to provide specially designed credit and non-credit programs
for their students. The outdoors and underwater world provides a spectacular
teaching medium for learning that best takes place outside the walls of a
traditional classroom. We offer customized educational programs which are
tailored to each specific school with respect to course goals and themes.
Some schools may align the program with their Phys-Ed curriculum and grant
students a high school credit at the completion of the program.
University Recreational Departments can offer many levels of scuba diving
instruction as a complete program that goes far beyond the introductory class.
